FAQS:
1) How can I cancel / change my ticket / flight?
You can cancel your reservation by calling us on 022 599 4547 or by visiting the fun2travel.co.nz

2) How do I transfer the tickets to another name?
All flight tickets are sold on a non-transferable basis therefore you cannot change the name.

3) If I cancel my booking what fees apply?
Airfare bookings – a fun2travel fee of $50 per person per one way flight will be charged in addition to supplier and airline fees. For full details of cancellations please refer to the Airfares Rules which are detailed on your itinerary. Any hotel or apartment cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. Any airport transfer cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If for any reason you do need to cancel please contact your nominated fun2travel agent as soon as possible so we can advise suppliers and keep costs to a minimum. No refunds can be provided if you fail to show up for flights or booked land arrangements.

4) I have requested a refund. How long does it take to process?
Refunds typically take 6-8 weeks as they are processed by the airlines.

5) My name is spelt incorrectly on my ticket
An amendment fee may apply although charges can vary depending on the fare type and/or airline, call us on +64 22 599 4547 and we will help sort this out for you.
